Goopo is training sandals for dancers. Stretch your knees back being remain put heels on the floor and grab Goopo with your toes. To walk flat on the floor is good exercise as well.  Method of use

step01 空白 Put on Goopo correctly and grab Goopo with your toes. Walk straight on the flat floor. Push your heels on the floor consciously when stepping. Start training by walking for about five minutes and lengthen that gradually.
A Stretch the hind leg as much as possible by pushing heels against the floor.
B Walk straight and push the floor with your heels every step.

step02 空白 Increase the pressure as you become accustomed to.
Put on Goopo. Bend forward touching your heels on the floor. Walk cross, step cross legs every step. Stretch the back of your knees while pushing against a chair or the wall etc. with your hands.
C Bend forward
Bend forward as much as possible it can be done easier little by little.
D Step alternately and straight your back and legs; keep in a forward-bent posture by holding the back of a chair etc.
E Walk cross and step cross legs every steps.
*It is possible to do the exercises in both STEP1 and STEP2 with both types of Goopo.
