Put on Goopo correctly and grab Goopo with your toes.
Walk straight on the flat floor. Push your heels on the floor consciously when stepping.
Start training by walking for about five minutes and lengthen that gradually.

Increase the pressure as you become accustomed to. Put on Goopo. Bend forward touching your heels on the floor. Walk cross, step cross legs every step. Stretch the back of your knees while pushing against a chair or the wall etc. with your hands.
